Warranty
Your warranty and return policy begins on the day you receive your computer.2 and 3 year warranties are available for purchase with any system or component, and pricing can be found on our site. After your warranty expires, it is important to note that many of your components will still carry a manufacturer warranty (e.g., most hard drives are 3 year, Supertalent memory is lifetime!). Once your warranty expires with Personal Computer Doctor, you must deal directly with the manufacturer to obtain warranty service for a component although we will be glad to assist you in returning the items to the manufacturer.
Refunds / Returns
Shipping costs are not covered by Personal Computer Doctor for returns.
All items must be returned to us with insurance.
We take care of all the work and you will get a credit if item is returned within 3 days otherwise you get a credit.
It is your responsibility to contact us on your rma status.


Any time you ship a computer to us, you MUST pack the computer properly. On return shipments, Personal Computer Doctor is not responsible for damage caused by improper packing. Computers should be double boxed, with at least two inches of packing material between the boxes.

ALWAYS SAVE YOUR BOXES! Over 90% of the shipping damages we see happen when the customer throws away the original packaging. It is incredibly difficult to ship a computer without the original box and packaging!
RMA

You will be issued a rma number when your item is returned. This number is valid for 30 days and the status can be checked by emailing us or calling. Any rma that is not responed to by 30 days becomes property of Personal Computer Doctor.


Limitation of Liability
Personal Computer Doctor is not responsible for damages or costs that are the result of accidents, misuse, or abuse of your computer. Modifications or repairs made to your system by anyone other than Personal Computer Doctor will void your warranty if not cleared through a personal computer doctor representative. Most all modifications will be approved, but we need this aspect of control in order to prevent unnecessary damage. Personal Computer Doctor is not responsible for any losses or complications that arise as a result of a computer failure or a delay in production or repair of your system.



REPAIRS
Any computers or laptops not picked up within 30 days becomes property of Personal Computer Doctor
